Are you a Projects Engineer who thrives on turning inefficiencies into high-performance systems?

We’re looking for a results-driven professional (Professional Engineer) ready to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced FMCG/manufacturing environment - driving continuous improvement and leading projects that truly move the needle.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Lead end-to-end project implementation, from concept through to execution and review
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Collaborate cross-functionally across production, engineering, quality, and supply chain
• Develop and optimise process flows, layouts, and SOPs
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance, leveraging data to inform decisions

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (BTech only considered with strong experience)
• GMR 2 non-negotiable requirement
• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng)
• ±5 years’ experience in FMCG, food production, or manufacturing environments
• Proven experience in project-based roles and process optimisation
• Solid understanding of production systems and continuous improvement frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
