SUMMARY:
Giant in the Financial Services Industry seeks to appoint a Property Development Manager within their Investment space. Exciting opportunity to execute property development projects from end-to-end across different provinces.

POSITION INFO:

A minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in property development, housing and investment, residential experience managing large scale construction projects is a must. Strong technical knowledge in asset management, financial analysis, valuations and balance sheet reporting required. A minimum of a relevant degree in Property (civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, property studies, architecture, town planning) is a must.
