POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve client queries via email and internal systems.
Coordinate and facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
Liaise with insurance brokers for renewals, claims, and compliance.
Ensure timely preparation and approval of audited financial statements.
Update and register conduct and management rules with the ombudsman.
Maintain statutory records, scheme databases, and filing systems.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

Matric (Compulsory)
Diploma in Property Management (Required)
Additional training in sectional title and HOA management (Advantageous)

Experience:

1–3 years in residential or estate property management
Experience with reputable property management firms preferred

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in WeconnectU and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of the Sectional Titles Management Act (STMA), MOIs, and constitutions

Advantageous Qualifications

Paddocks courses in body corporate and HOA management
Legal training in property governance and compliance
