SUMMARY:
DBN000240 – Property Project & Asset Manager – CPT Southern Suburbs

Purpose of the Job:

Oversee rental pool performance, reporting, and improvements ensuring accurate reports, timely investor distributions, and property upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field
+3 years of experience in asset management & project management in property/hospitality
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve monthly rental pool reports and payments
Manage monthly timelines and deadlines
Respond to investor and stakeholder queries
Monitor cashflow and control costs
Deliver upgrade and capex projects
Manage approvals and procurement
Handle Body Corporate matters and approvals
