SUMMARY:
A well-established business is seeking to appoint a Proposals Engineer

The Proposals Engineer will play a critical role within the New Business department by managing and developing technical and commercial proposals.

POSITION INFO:
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical) or a related field.
Registered Professional Engineer with ECSA
Training in proposal management methodologies

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of experience in a proposals engineering role, preferably within the water industry.
Proven experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for EPC projects.

SKILLS:

Strong technical knowledge of water treatment, distribution, and infrastructure systems.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in using proposal management software and tools.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
