Our client, a leading and highly respected financial services corporate, is looking for a high-performing Provincial Executive to take full strategic ownership, drive aggressive market share growth, and oversee profitability across the Gauteng province . The Role at a Glance As the executive lead for the region, you will design and execute the provincial distribution strategy, build powerful stakeholder relationships, and seamlessly integrate multi-channel operations to drive high performance . Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Co-create and drive the provincial distribution strategy, setting targets, expense budgets, and penetration tactics . Sales & Channel Management: Translate strategies into clear operational targets, lead area managers, and optimize multi-channel performance . Risk & Compliance: Partner with Compliance and Forensics to eliminate risk, manage fraud vulnerabilities, and ensure strict regulatory adherence . People Leadership & Transformation: Drive talent retention, succession planning, and structural alignment while meeting crucial Employment Equity (EE) and DTI targets . Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the prominent face of the province to network opportunities with public\/private stakeholders and high-impact intermediaries . What We Are Looking For Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 . Key Individual (KI) status and Class of Business (COB) compliance upon appointment . Advantageous: Business\/Legal\/Commercial Degree, MBA, or CFP . Experience Required: At least 8 years of industry-related experience . Senior-level financial services experience within a corporate environment . Minimum 5 years of Sales and Distribution exposure . Minimum 5 years of sound management and leadership experience . Conditions of Employment: Clear criminal and credit check . Own transportation, valid driver''s license, and ability to travel frequently . Smartphone .
