Our client is a wellâestablished player in the insurance space, offering fully integrated solutions across ShortâTerm Insurance, LongâTerm Insurance, and Employee Benefits. They are looking for seasoned, fully qualified advisors who can take ownership of complete client portfolios and provide advice across all insurance disciplines without handâoffs or limitations.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients across ShortâTerm Insurance, LongâTerm Insurance, and Employee Benefits.
Manage a portfolio of personal and/or commercial clients, providing endâtoâend insurance advice and servicing.
Perform detailed needs analyses and recommend appropriate, compliant insurance solutions.
Ensure all advice, documentation, and processes meet FAIS and FSCA regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate client records and policy information.
Handle renewals, amendments, endorsements, and policy updates.
Support clients throughout the claims process where required.
Build longâterm client relationships through consistent service, clear communication, and sound advice.
Stay current with regulatory developments, product changes, and industry requirements.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

Matric (Grade 12).
Recognised NQF Level 5 qualification in ShortâTerm or LongâTerm Insurance.
RE5 successfully completed.
Registered with the FSCA.
Demonstrated experience across ShortâTerm, LongâTerm, and Employee Benefits (nonânegotiable).
Strong working knowledge of FAIS, compliance frameworks, and advisory standards.
Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to explain complex policy wording.
Ethical, detailâdriven, and clientâfocused approach.
