Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of quantitative business analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management. Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal technology and process solutions. Support and enhance financial markets systems, ensuring efficient workflows, integrations, and reporting capabilities. Coordinate testing activities and ensure solutions meet business requirements and functional specifications. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic technology and platform enhancements. Provide support and resolution for production incidents, risk queries, pricing issues, and system-related challenges. Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Mathematical Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Quantitative Finance, or a related quantitative discipline. Requirements: 3-5 years' experience within a quantitative, financial markets, risk, or business analysis environment. Previous experience implementing and supporting Financial Markets systems and related interfaces. Experience designing, testing, and configuring quantitative systems. 1-2 years of leadership or team management experience will be advantageous. Strong understanding of Market Risk, Credit Risk, and\/or XVA methodologies including CVA, SA-CCR, KVA, SA-CVA, and MVA. Knowledge of multiple asset classes and trade lifecycle processes. Skills: Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities. Business process modelling and design experience. Understanding of data models and system data flows. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Apply now!
