POSITION INFO:

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – BUILDING / CEMENT / CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

KWAZULU NATAL-BASED BELLAIR (KZN)

R1.3 MILLION p/a

Suitable applicants to be in possession of completed degree in Sales and Marketing
Must have a minimum of 8 years senior sales experience within the building and construction industry, with at least 5 years’ experience at managerial level
Must have exceptional insight to the dynamics of the building and construction industry
Must have sound knowledge of the cementitious industry and product applications
Good understanding of product applications, profitability and sales margins, business strategy, sales systems, pricing and distribution
Applicants to be familiar with market segments and related requirements
Your top negotiation skills, presentation abilities and professional communication skills are in this role!
