Raw Material Stores Supervisor needed by global chemical manufacturing company, duties and requirements include:

Supervise the Raw Materials Store
Supervise staff including safety, discipline and delegation of duties
Communicate effectively with other departments
Receipt deliveries into ERP system
Generate and print GRVs
Transfer raw materials for costing batches
Ensure data are accurate and up to date
Conduct cycle counts and follow up on variances
Ensure correct stock levels
Organize stock takes
Manage consignment stock
Liaise with other departments as required
Issue raw materials for production
Assist in Forklift driving when required
Generate and maintain FIFO system
Control raw material sampling process, records and traceability
Ensure compliance with the quality and health and safety system and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
