Our client, an established organization committed to long-term success and financial integrity, is seeking a highly experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within the Western Cape. This role offers a strategic opportunity for a senior leader to influence business outcomes and support the company's continued expansion. Duties: Lead and coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the region Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies Drive cost control initiatives and improve financial efficiency Collaborate with executive management to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives Manage financial risk assessments and implement mitigation plans Lead and develop regional finance teams for optimal performance Requirements: Proven track record of at least 8 years in senior financial management roles Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights Familiarity with the following: ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Regulatory frameworks relevant to South Africa’s financial environment
