Regional Group Business Development Manager - Jhb

SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Regional / Group Business Development Manager seeking an interesting career move with a leading player in the engineering and auto-electrical space?

POSITION INFO:
With a focus on building new business you will need to bring your drive and energy to the sales division and team, offering proven experience in market expansion and sales in a technical environment.

Sectors include: heavy-duty automotive, mining, construction, earth-moving and transport

Results driven, self-motivated and with the ability to motivate others you will lead a team of 20+ sales people.

You will need to successfully drive new business and manage the sales pipeline
Offer a strong strategic presence to new clients is essential

Negotiation and contract skills, outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage with others in a professional manner

Presentation to clients or the executive team. 

Experience needs to include developing sales and marketing strategies together with the relevant management / executive teams and ensuring the implementation thereof

The right person for this role will bring sound financial acumen, and is comfortable with sales analysis and forecasting of trends.

Salary up to R90k per month 
Benefits: Agreed incentives and a company vehicle for business purposes..
Qualification: A relevant degree advantageous but not essential.
Start date: As soon as is possible in 2022.
Travel : South Africa
