Regional Manager Sales - Parktown

SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a Regional Sales Manager to be based in the Parktown, Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent NQF
• 6 to 8 years TES/Perm Key Account Manager / Sales experience
• Key Accounts Management, New Business Development and Operations Management experience
• Proven experience in sourcing and matching of specifications (recruitment experience)
• Must be familiar with the Labour Relations Act
• Target Driven
• Ability to network at all levels
• Recruitment portal experience (CJ, etc.)
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
• Valid drivers’ license and own vehicle

• Drive and lead strategic initiatives to ensure lateral development of key accounts and optimization of those relationships
• Ensure all timeframes are met to deliver as per client job specification
• Develop new business opportunities within allocated segment and ensure healthy pipeline
• Present Permanent services to respective clients and market to entrench business opportunities
• Develop and implement customer matrix to ensure above average customer experience and delivery
• Data management to ensure up to date and accurate customer management system
• Build and manage the TES/Perm sales and recruiting team who will be responsible for the delivery of services to clients within different segments
• Stay abreast of all industry changes and challenges to ensure offering of relevant services
• Provide Only the Best leadership with market knowledge to better equip an increase of market share
• Extensive report writing to enable business decision making
• Work with Recruitment and Management team to proactively build a database that will allow for quick delivery in line with demand / promises made
• Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients
• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
• Focus on growing and developing existing Clients, together with generating new business
