An opportunity is available for a Regional Sales Manager to be based in the Parktown, Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric or equivalent NQF
6 to 8 years TES/Perm Key Account Manager / Sales experience
Key Accounts Management, New Business Development and Operations Management experience
Proven experience in sourcing and matching of specifications (recruitment experience)
Must be familiar with the Labour Relations Act
Target Driven
Ability to network at all levels
Recruitment portal experience (CJ, etc.)
Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
Valid drivers’ license and own vehicle

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive and lead strategic initiatives to ensure lateral development of key accounts and optimization of those relationships
Ensure all timeframes are met to deliver as per client job specification
Develop new business opportunities within allocated segment and ensure healthy pipeline
Present Permanent services to respective clients and market to entrench business opportunities
Develop and implement customer matrix to ensure above average customer experience and delivery
Data management to ensure up to date and accurate customer management system
Build and manage the TES/Perm sales and recruiting team who will be responsible for the delivery of services to clients within different segments
Stay abreast of all industry changes and challenges to ensure offering of relevant services
Provide Only the Best leadership with market knowledge to better equip an increase of market share
Extensive report writing to enable business decision making
Work with Recruitment and Management team to proactively build a database that will allow for quick delivery in line with demand / promises made
Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
Focus on growing and developing existing Clients, together with generating new business
