My massive manufacturing client in KZN who supplies products to retailers, wholesalers, mining, and construction clients needs to appoint a seasoned leader due to a recent retirement.

This company has the lowest staff turnover that I have ever seen so you’re sure to find a new stable home away from home here.

This role reports to the General Manager for the KZN region and will be responsible for 4 sites/plants.

You will have 4 Sales managers reporting into you which will see you doing regular travel to the various sites in KZN.

The leader we are looking for is extremely charismatic and a seasoned sales guru. Now take this and add at least 6 years of staff leadership with sound manufacturing experience and you could be the selected candidate.

Ideal candidate profile

Degree in Sales and Marketing
Industry experience in either Mining, Manufacturing or Construction
At least 10 years in a sales position and 5 years leading a sales team (Managers)
