POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have a minimum of +- 9 years’ experience in Regional Sales Management
• 5 years Team Management
• Must have knowledge in dynamics process and products supply.
• Must have good understanding of profitability margins.  

Duties include:

• Managing the sales portfolio and optimizing the sales of the company’s product.
• regionally to facilitate revenue maximization
• Leading and managing the products sales activities to achieve sales.
• Manage the revenue target.
• Planning, implementing, and activating the sales plans to achieve set targets.
• Providing market intelligence regarding opportunities and competitor information
• Building and maintaining customer relationships through service excellence and a good
• understanding of the customer’s business
• Preparing budgets and monitoring expenditure
• Leading and managing the sales team people to achieve performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification – Degree in Sales / Marketing
