Our leading client in the manufacturing space is looking to hire an experienced Regional Sales Manager. The professional to be appointed will be responsible for the sales of the business products and the services in a specified region or geographical area, the Regional Sales Manager will be also providing ongoing support to distribute the companyÃ¢Â€Â™s products. POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

Must have a minimum of +- 9 years’ experience in Regional Sales Management
5 years Team Management
Must have knowledge in dynamics process and products supply.
Must have good understanding of profitability margins.

Duties include:

Managing the sales portfolio and optimizing the sales of the company’s product.
regionally to facilitate revenue maximization
Leading and managing the products sales activities to achieve sales.
Manage the revenue target.
Planning, implementing, and activating the sales plans to achieve set targets.
Providing market intelligence regarding opportunities and competitor information
Building and maintaining customer relationships through service excellence and a good
understanding of the customer’s business
Preparing budgets and monitoring expenditure
Leading and managing the sales team people to achieve performance objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification – Degree in Sales / Marketing
