JOB SUMMARY:
Best Company Best Town - Our Client is looking for the best Regional Sales Manager to optimise the sales potential of the sales team within the Region as well as achieve the sales team results alligned with the strategic objectives of the organisation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To resolve or escalate all customer queries/complaints according to relevant Auto X policies and procedures.

Manage, maintain and build client relationships with key customers and their representatives

Build and sustain good customer service levels and business relationships between key internal stakeholders in the business.

Provide training support to customers, in conjunction with Business Representatives, to ensure customers are updated on relevant technology and product developments

Provide a formal monthly report feedback, in the specified format to the Sales and Marketing Executive, on sales activities/performance by the deadline dates provided.

Ensure that technical developments in the market are reported to the Technical/ Marketing team on a ongoing

Schedule and conduct regular sales meetings with Business Representatives to manage performance against set targets for the following: • Sales Volumes • Profitability • Warrantee compliance • Scrap return rate • Call cycle performance

Oversee and manage the distribution and reverse logistics processes in collaboration with the Operations and Warehouse & Distribution Manager

Prepare annual budget

REQUIREMENTS
Qualification Grade 12 and relevant formal Sales and/or Marketing Qualification at NQF 7 level or higher
Minimum of 5 Years Managing a sales team within a FMCG type environment
