Salary: R50 ------ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Global Construction Equipment organisation is expanding its operations to Southern Africa and is sourcing a Regional Sales Manager with experience in Earthmoving and Road machinery. The successful individual will be responsible for sales and sales support, development of dealer networks, increase market share and sales to customers. More than 5 Year experience in Construction Equipment working with products like CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, Liebherr, Hitachi is required.

Duties:

Increase Market Share and sales to customers both in local and international accounts

Support and manage the development of Dealer Networks

Assist the sales staff and Dealers in establishing business relationships with local and international key accounts

New Dealer development for open territories, replacement or reform of under-performing Dealers and widening or reducing areas of responsibility of current Dealers

Support Dealer performance in all aspects including Sales, Marketing, Parts, After Sales and Dealer business improvement programs to achieve sales targets

Conduct sales and product training
