SUMMARY:
Regional Sales Manager - Retail Asset Management

POSITION INFO:

Our client is a leading investment management firm based in Gauteng with a solid track record of successfully growing and managing client assets.

They are looking to bring on board an investment professional to join them as a Regional Manager to drive sustainable growth in market share through new business and the retention of Investment Assets.

Competencies Required:

Leading and Managing a Business Development team
Drive for results
Ability to drive and influence IFA commitment
Collaboration
Impact and influence

Experience:

Five to eight years’ investment experience in retail distribution (IFA)
Three to five minimum years’ relevant management/leadership
Sound knowledge of investment industry and Investment products including Fund selection, DFM and Securities, etc.
Sound knowledge of business products, processes and service offerings
Honours Degree in Business, or Degree in Investment Management degree or CFP.
Management/Leadership development training will be an advantage.
CFA is an advantage
