SUMMARY:
A leading organisation in Johannesburg North is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Reporting Consultant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working with numbers, turning complex data into meaningful insights, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, consolidations and financial modelling, with a strong focus on analysing and manipulating large data sets.

POSITION INFO:
Key requirements: CA(SA), CIMA or AGA(SA) qualification 5-7 years' relevant experience Strong experience in financial reporting and consolidations Solid budgeting and forecasting experience Strong financial modelling capabilities Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manipulate and analyse data Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Comfortable working with stakeholders and presenting financial insights Willingness to travel as required Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate and insightful financial and management reports. Manage and support the budgeting and forecasting process. Perform financial consolidations and ensure accurate group-level reporting. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Extract, manipulate and analyse large volumes of financial data using Advanced Excel. Identify trends, variances and key financial drivers and provide meaningful commentary. Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and actual results. Translate complex financial data into clear and actionable business insights. Assist with financial planning, scenario modelling and strategic analysis. Work closely with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Continuously improve reporting processes, models and reporting efficiencies. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required. Travel when required to engage with various stakeholders\/business units.
