Are you a results-driven finance professional ready to take the lead in retail finance? Our client in the FMCG/retail industry is looking for a Store Financial Manager in North West, Rustenburg to manage the full financial function of a high-volume store.

POSITION INFO:
ð¢ Job Opportunity: Store Financial Manager – Retail Sector
ð Rustenburg, North West
ð° R 420 000 – R 540 000 CTC per annum

ð Minimum Recruitments:

Financial Degree or relevant qualification
Retail store finance management experience
Strong reporting and financial background

ð Key Focus Areas:

Daily, weekly & monthly financial reporting to head office
Payroll oversight & creditor management
Stock control & variance investigations
Cash flow management & financial compliance
Staff leadership, HR compliance, and cash office control
Audit preparation, risk & systems management

Ideal for a strong leader with solid accounting experience in a retail or FMCG environment.
