JOB SUMMARY:
JOB OVERVIEW:
To be responsible for making outbound calls daily to various business sectors. To convert the calls into new business leads. To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided. This role of lead generation is pivotal to the sales process

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To attract and convert interests in prospects
Establish a lead generations process to attract leads
To assist business, attract and qualify more potential customers
Leads will be extensively generated by cold calling; this will include email marketing and social media selling
You also need to stay on top of the leads generated through inbound means so that you can initiate routine follow-ups as a part of the lead nurturing process

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Matric essential
The usage of LinkedIn is a strong preference
2+ years preferable in the IT Managed services industry
Tech savvy
MS office proficiency
Advanced Excel skills
Networking skills
Excellent communication skills
Social selling
Persuasiveness
