SUMMARY:
An established manufacturer and distributor of animal feed additives and hygiene solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Bioconditioning to lead and grow the sales function within this division. The role focuses on delivering consistent, profitable growth, maintaining key customer relationships, and driving strategic initiatives in line with broader business objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Honours preferred).
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, including at least 4 years in a senior sales management role.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
