POSITION INFO:
Essential Skills & Experience:
â SAP SD Certification & solid hands-on experience
â Strong operations background (ticket handling, incident & problem management)
â Relevant IT / Business Degree or Certifications
â Minimum 3 years’ professional experience
Advantageous Skills:
â¨ SAP FI exposure
â¨ ABAP debugging knowledge
â¨ IDocs & AIF experience
â¨ Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA
â¨ Jira & Confluence proficiency
â¨ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
ð¹ Monitor and manage interfaces (IDOC & RFC processing)
ð¹ Troubleshoot, resolve, and close support tickets within SLA
ð¹ Configure and implement system changes as required
ð¹ Document processes and maintain solution guides
ð¹ Collaborate with local & international teams
ð¹ Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
ð¹ Share knowledge within the team and ensure smooth client interactions
