SUMMARY:

SAP Functional Expert – Enterprise Transformation

We are looking for a highly seasoned SAP Functional Expert – someone who operates at the top of their field and brings deep, end-to-end ownership across complex SAP landscapes. This is not a traditional BA or senior consultant role; we’re seeking a trusted advisor who can shape solutions, challenge business thinking, and lead from design through to stable delivery across multiple country rollouts

POSITION INFO:
Essential Skills Proven expert-level SAP functional experience (multiple modules advantageous) Strong track record translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions Deep experience across AS IS \/ TO BE modelling and business blueprinting Hands-on involvement in global rollouts, cutover, and hypercare environments Solid understanding of integration design across SAP and non-SAP systems Advanced troubleshooting capability with root cause analysis at L3 level Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery (Jira, Xray, Confluence) Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end requirement elicitation directly with senior stakeholders and SMEs Design future-state (TO BE) processes and translate them into robust functional solutions Own functional design, configuration concepts, and implementation execution Drive master data readiness , migration support, and go-live quality Partner with technical teams on integrations (IDoc, RFC, APIs, XML) and validate delivery Lead and execute testing strategy (unit, integration, system) Handle 3rd-level incidents , root cause analysis, and solution design Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare across international rollouts Coach business users, deliver training, and ensure adoption Continuously optimize processes and reduce operational risk Qualifications 4-6+ years in SAP environments (we welcome significantly more senior profiles) Degree in IT or equivalent SAP delivery experience Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
