Our Client in the printing industry, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric is a must
Fully Bilingual
Printing and packaging background will be beneficial`

Duties and responsibilities:

To proactively support and service existing customers in the Gauteng with regards to company products and services
To proactively solicit new business for the benefit of the company for its products and services
To proactively establish and to maintain regular contact with the existing customer base
To assist with deliveries and customer support as required
To support customers with any quality claims and ensure the correct management is notified
To assist in stock takes as and when required
To train our customers on our products and available partner tools
Enter all customer and prospect details into the companies CRM system, as well as other sales administration duties
Provide all customers with professional and accurate pricing and quotations
Provide the company with accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports on new and existing business
To strive to and to achieve the required sales targets as set by management
To ensure you have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all company products and the applications they are used in
To ensure you have a good understanding of all internal systems and sales tools
To always act with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
