JOB SUMMARY:
Permanent Sales Consultant - Northern & Southern Suburbs
Our client is looking for a sales consultant to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
To excel in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics and must have superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage, specifically within the stationery industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Matric certificate
At least 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Previous sales training will count in your favour
Computer literate (Microsoft Office etc.)
Driver’s license and own reliable transport
Exceptional customer service
Target driven
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Responsibilities:

Generating leads
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Understanding and promoting company programs
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Maintaining client records
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
