POSITION INFO:

Yukon International currently has an exciting career opportunity for an energetic and dynamic Sales Coordinator and Planner to join their vibrant team and to assist them in elevating customer experience to new heights.

Key Performance Areas:

Support Commercial Team with sales planning, administration, and logistics coordination
Management of specified key accounts for specialty produce (category & product management)
Daily sales & order planning in associated liaison with customers and the team
Involvement with new range and product development
Involvement with content creation for marketing material

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. BSc Agric or BCom degree)
3-5 years relevant experience in sales coordination, communication, and logistics
Well-developed computer literacy skills (Microsoft Navision ERP Software, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook)
Experience in a relevant sector (agriculture / FMCG / exports etc.) will be advantageous
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Detail-oriented
Ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Well-developed pressure management skills
Willing to work overtime and on weekends due to operational requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach
High energy levels
Good interpersonal skills
