JOB SUMMARY:
Sales Engineer & Business Development Manager Johannesburg

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

vIndependently develop new customers, expand new products and new projects.

vResponsible for the pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale tracking services of customer orders.

vCollect information about potential customers and new customers, and develop new markets.

vUnderstand customer needs in a timely manner, feedback product conditions, and report to direct superiors.

vImplement the indicators of order placement, shipment, and payment collection.

vCollect and organize customer demand information and analyze the information, and put forward specific suggestions and measures to improve services.

vReceive visiting customers and assist in dealing with general questions and requirements raised by customers.

vEstablish a customer data management system, collect and enter customer data, and establish a customer data database.

vFormulate monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and implement them according to the departmental sales indicators, and complete the marketing indicators.

vOther tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

vTwo or five years of actual customer development work experience in offline market and channel development.

vExcellent negotiation capabilities for big dealers, battery, automotive supplies, consumer electronics and other industries experience is preferred.

vEducational background requirements: College degree or above.

vLanguage proficiency requirements: Good English, Good Afrikaans, Good listening, Good speaking Chinese, reading and writing skills, fluent oral English.

vWork attitude requirements: have a wolfish drive and passion for business, a team spirit, strong logical thinking skills, strong communication skills, proactive and independent completion of various tasks.
