POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description: A well-established engineering solutions provider is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join their high-performing team. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, requiring someone who can confidently engage with clients, understand their operational challenges, and recommend fit-for-purpose mechanical solutions. You will be responsible for growing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, conducting site visits, and providing technical support on a range of industrial gearbox, bearing, and power transmission products. The successful candidate will work closely with customers across mining, manufacturing, processing, and heavy industrial environments. Education: National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering BTech Mechanical Engineering will be advantageous Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 3 years' sales experience within the industrial engineering sector Proven experience selling industrial gearboxes, bearings, power transmission products, or rotating equipment Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain technical product applications Experience servicing clients within mining, manufacturing, FMCG, steel, cement, or related industries Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective engineering solutions Strong business development and account management experience Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Experience conducting site assessments and technical consultations Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical reports Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets Apply now!
