JOB SUMMARY:

We have an exciting opportunity for you
Our client is looking to grow their Inside Sales Team.
They are seeking vibrant, hardworking and outgoing individuals for Inside Sales Executive position.
Position is based in Cape Town, Maitland.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Contact New Business Leads and work them through the Sales Process in order to get them to
purchase
Grow Area and market to new clients
Handle outgoing and incoming sales calls
Capture and manage orders for clients
Up-selling and communicating promotions in order to maximize GP and increase turnover
Meeting all sales targets and deadlines
Attend to Admin and Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly KPIs set out by management.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers
Lead passing to field sales team.

Minimum Requirements :

Senior Certificate
Good command of the English Language
Previous selling experience
Previous experience in FMCG industry (min 2 years)
Drivers licence and own vehicle
Excellent verbal and written skill sets.
Telephonic etiquette.
Excellent PC skills to be able to adapt to new and existing internal CRM tools and systems knowledge (Pastel)
Ability to work in a fast paced and highly pressurized environment.
Taking initiative and following through is key in this environment.
Must be able to work in a team i.e. team player.

Salary structure :
Basic market related + commission + incentive for targets reached
