My client in Boksburg is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead their commercial sales activities while actively developing new business opportunities within the South African and Sub-Saharan African markets.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification. Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial or similar). Technical or commercial qualifications related to engineering or steel. Minimum 10 years' experience within the steel industry. Proven sales management experience. Demonstrated success in growing sales and developing new markets. Strong business development background. Comprehensive understanding of steel products and their applications. Experience selling carbon steel plate products. Experience with Quenched & Tempered steels (highly advantageous). Good understanding of fabrication processes. Understanding of welding, machining, cutting and forming processes.
