The Role: Sales Manager \/ Head of Sales The Head of Sales owns the full revenue line for the business, including new business, renewals, retention, upselling, and key account growth. This senior commercial leadership position exists to build and run a high-performing sales function, establish operational standards, and lead major strategic opportunities. Operating alongside the Director and Operations Manager, the role contributes to overarching business strategy while ensuring day-to-day sales operations run effectively. Key Responsibilities Own the full revenue line, including new business, renewals, retention, upselling, and key account growth. Build, lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable to individual and annual or quarterly revenue targets. Personally lead and close the largest, most strategic, and complex commercial deals. Set and enforce sales process standards, CRM data quality, and sales reporting for pipeline and forecasts. Oversee team performance issues and client escalations to manage day-to-day sales activity effectively. Manage the cross-functional communication standards between Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Marketing. Lead the strategic growth of the Perfume Projects Division by sourcing major projects and expanding into new verticals. Represent the sales department at the management level to contribute to pricing, positioning, and overall strategy. About You Must have proven track record operating at a senior sales leadership or management level. Must have experience building, leading, and managing team performance against targets. Must have experience managing a full revenue function including new business, renewals, retention, and key account growth. Must possess strong negotiation and closing ability for complex or large deals. Must show commercial maturity and the ability to contribute to business strategy alongside executive leadership. Must have a strong understanding of CRM systems. Must have the ability to delegate effectively, set clear execution standards, and hold staff accountable. Must be calm under pressure with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative leadership style. Zoho CRM or Salesforce experience is advantageous.
