SUMMARY:
A leading organisation in the heavy equipment and mining industry is seeking a Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager to drive technical sales, strengthen customer relationships and grow aftermarket sales across North West and Limpopo.
The successful candidate will manage customer accounts, identify new sales opportunities and promote aftermarket products and services. Applicants must reside in North West and be comfortable with regular regional travel.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits. Drive aftermarket sales growth and achieve regional sales targets. Promote spare parts, equipment and related services. Follow up on quotations, improve conversion rates and investigate lost sales. Identify customer needs, competitor activity and new business opportunities. Monitor equipment operating within the region and identify maintenance and service opportunities. Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines and activities on CRM systems. Collaborate with internal sales and capital equipment teams to maximise opportunities. Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company procedures. Requirements: Grade 12 Tertiary qualification in Sales or a relevant trade will be advantageous. 5-10 years' experience in technical sales, preferably within heavy equipment, mining or industrial sectors. Proven track record in account management, customer relationship building and sales growth. Good mechanical aptitude and an understanding of spare parts and equipment. Strong commercial, communication, negotiation and organisational skills. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Self-motivated, energetic and able to work independently.
