Skills and Experience:

- Matric
- Minimum 3 years'' experience within a similar positionÂ
- Strong team management skills
- Proficient in English
- Experience within the Telecom''s would be advantageous
- Proven track record of driving a team to achieve target
Key Accountabilities:
- Daily management of instore promotion representatives
- Field force sales and sales discipline KPI reaching
- Plan and improve field force call cycle to maximizes sales
- Evaluate and measure field force daily operations
- Improve field force allocation and staff composition
