o Assist the sales/servicing team with all consumer related enquiries
o Assist with proposals, presentations, and other customer documentation
o Manage allocation of and handover from sales of servicing customers
o Manage staff and client birthday list, gift ordering, birthday messages
- Assemble, consolidate and manage layout of content for client proposals and tenders
- Coordinate and manage training for sales, servicing and customers
- Necessary customer interactions, verbal and/or face to face
- Working within the companies’ systems and procedures as amended from time to time
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Making and setting appointments, research and liaison with o/seas offices, marketing suppliers etc.
Time management and managing the teams times and diaries
- Compilation of statistics, reports – including monitoring of weekly sales plans, call rates, performance, targets and exceptions etc.
Matric
Minimum 4 years experience within a similar role
