Duties: Visit all allocated pharmacies and clients on a 6-week cycle Complete and record at least 250 valid client visits each month Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company Secure accurate physical or digital store orders Market products according to the company’s approved pricing list Attend a minimum of 2 formal training sessions per month with pharmacy staff Plan and execute at least 2 in-store promotional campaigns or activations per month Maintain accurate control and accountability for stock, samples, and POS materials Ensure all interactions and marketing communications comply with SAHPRA guidelines Provide real-time field intelligence and competitor insights to head office Area of operation: Johannesburg South Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in sales or pharmaceutical environment Strong communication and client management skills Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and retail environment Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets Experience in product training and promotional activities Familiarity with the following: Pharmaceutical industry regulations Retail and wellness product markets In-store marketing strategies Benefits: Competitive basic salary of R15,000 for the first six monhs and thereafter just commission Independent contractor posision with opportunities for professional development Hybrid working model allowing flexibility If you are eager to leverage your sales expertise to promote health and wellness products, we invite you to join a forward-thinking team committed to making a difference.
