SALES AND MARKETING HEAD
Western Cape, Gouda
R55 000 - R59 000 CTC per month

Our client in the Agricultural industry is looking for a determined Sales and Marketing Head to develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy across all local and international markets

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field (essential)
Minimum 8â10 yearsâ experience in a senior Sales and Marketing leadership role, preferably within the FMCG, agriculture or food production sectors
Proven track record of managing teams and successfully driving business growth in both local and export markets
Experience working with retailers, distributors and trade partners across South Africa and international markets
Strong strategic sales planning and execution capabilities
Advanced skills in market analysis, commercial insight generation and customer account management
Proven ability to develop brands and manage integrated marketing campaigns
Competent in budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial planning
Proficient in CRM and ERP systems
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms
High level of commercial acumen with a strong results-driven orientation
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Innovative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
Strong leadership abilities with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
Agile, adaptable and able to manage change in a fast-paced environment
