POSITION INFO:

My client is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant (CA(SA)) with 2 years’ post-articles experience to take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, and analysis. This role offers exposure across the full finance function and the opportunity to support a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.

Duties:

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts
Financial analysis
Variance analysis
Implement strong internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Education and experience:

CA(SA) with a minimum of 2 years’ post-articles experience.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel.
Exposure to inventory management and stock control, ideally in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment, is advantageous
