About the Role:
As a Senior Actuarial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, highâvalue actuarial solutions while leading and developing a large, diverse team. You’ll work closely with top-tier clients, tackling strategic challenges across the Life Insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and manage a large actuarial team across varying experience levels
Oversee delivery of Life Insurance projects (valuations, reporting, capital, and regulatory)
Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
Contribute to business development and growth initiatives

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- FASSA (non-negotiable)
Experience:
- 8–10 years’ actuarial experience, primarily in Life Insurance
- Proven track record within a consulting environment
- Experience managing teams and senior stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Strong technical actuarial expertise
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
