Now Hiring: Senior Administrator – Sales Support
Bellville, Cape Town | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 16h30
Industry: Financial Services / Long-Term Insurance / Funeral Insurance

We are recruiting for a positive, self-motivated and detail-driven Senior Administrator to join a busy Sales Support Department based in Bellville, Cape Town

This role is ideal for someone with strong administration experience, excellent MS Office skills and the ability to support a sales team with reporting, coordination, follow-ups and accurate data management

What you’ll be involved in:

? Maintaining accurate databases and tracking data
? Collating weekly and monthly sales reports from district offices
? Sending deadline reminders and following up on outstanding documents
? Providing administrative support to the sales team
? Assisting with scheduling, coordination, communication and minutes of weekly sales meetings
? Handling queries from District Branch Managers
? Supporting smooth coordination between different teams and departments
? Compiling letters relating to the Sales Advisor Division
? Preparing requisitions relating to training and travel for approval
? Providing general administrative support to senior sales management
? Identifying and implementing process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity

What we’re looking for:

? Grade 12 or similar qualification
? Administration qualification would be advantageous
? 3 to 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably long-term or funeral insurance
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
? Additional languages would be advantageous
? Strong administration and presentation skills
? Excellent MS Office skills, including intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook
? High attention to detail and accuracy
? Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
? Ability to maintain confidentiality
? Fast and accurate typing ability
? Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team
