SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this role is to lead implementation and support all Order Management applications. Support the existing and new customer base, system maintenance, daily support to operations and customers as it relates to PO functionality. Oversee and manage implementation. Project Management on continuous improvement/re-implementation on existing accounts. Focus on Purchase order Management,

Log issues

Manage system changes

Maintenance

Create new customer portal and system required setups

Control Tower implementation

Customer Training

Implementation

Support Sales and CRM team

Project management

Support and manage re-implementation

Support complex implementation projects

Matric

Minimum 4-7 years Systems and Process Experience within Freight Forwarding

Preference to Senior/Supervisory experience in operations, Account Management or systems and process environment

Advantageous to have Industry Level Qualification/tertiary qualification

Cargowise is advantageous

CRM and Purchase Order Management System experience
