SUMMARY:
A Well- Established Law firm seeks a Senior Associate in Durban.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage and conduct complex commercial and civil litigation matters independently. Provide expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Administrative Law, Insolvency & Business Rescue and Tax Litigation . Conduct legal investigations and prepare detailed reports. Advise and engage professionally with both public and private sector clients. Analyse complex legal matters and provide commercially sound advice. Assess and translate legal risk into practical business decisions. Manage multiple matters effectively while maintaining high-quality work under pressure. Provide guidance, mentorship and development to junior legal professionals. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Minimum Requirements Admitted Attorney with a valid practising certificate. Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE). Right of Appearance in the High Court. Strong experience in commercial and civil litigation. Experience in ADR, Administrative Law, Insolvency & Business Rescue and Tax Litigation. Proven leadership and management capabilities. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with excellent follow-through. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Ability to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines. Flexible and willing to work outside normal business hours when required. Ability to work effectively with legal and non-legal professionals in a culturally diverse environment.
