POSITION INFO:
Job Purpose To generate new business, maintain and grow existing customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through professional face-to-face customer engagement within an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Conduct face-to-face customer visits and presentations. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Negotiate pricing and close sales deals. Prepare and submit quotations and proposals. Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct regular customer visits. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Follow up on sales opportunities and customer requests. Market & Territory Management Plan and manage daily sales routes and customer visits. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for growth within the assigned territory. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Administration & Reporting Submit weekly sales reports. Update customer details. Maintain records of visits, demo’s, quotations, and sales activities. Provide sales forecasts and market feedback. Minimum Requirements   Own reliable vehicle Valid driver’s license Education Grade 12 \/ Matric (essential). Sales, Marketing, or Industry related qualification. (Textiles - curtaining, upholstery & wallpaper) Experience 3-5 years external sales experience. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in face-to-face customer engagement.
