SUMMARY:
A leading transformation advisory client is searching for a Senior BBBEE Consultant with practice management experience to guide organisations through meaningful, sustainable transformation.

POSITION INFO:
The role requires a candidate with the following:

Minimum Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years managerial experience in a consulting environment
Solid experience in a transformation advisory role
Must adaptable and able to use digital and AI tools
Strong project and practice management experience
Must have a strong ability to to advise and influence senior leaders

The Key Responsibilities of the role will involve:

Facilitation of strategy sessions with clients to develop sustainable transformation plans
Ensuring updated knowledge of any changes to relevant legislation including the BEE Act, Employment Equity Act
Implementing projects, commercial oversight, and operational management of a client practice
Working with internal teams to grow the client portfolio and practice
Innovate new ideas to increase client service offering
Management of the development and performance of the team
Guiding team members, providing direction and support on change and project management best practices
