SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Activator who will be responsible for representing the company and its brands at various promotional activities, events, retail outlets, and customer touchpoints. The successful candidate will lead brand activation teams, drive consumer engagement, increase brand awareness, and ensure that promotional campaigns are executed professionally and effectively.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric. 2-3 years' experience in brand activation, promotions, sales, or field marketing. Previous experience supervising or leading a team will be an advantage. Valid Code 8 \/ Code B driver's licence - essential. Good driving record. Willingness to travel extensively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service-oriented. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise junior Brand Activators during campaigns and promotional events. Represent the company and brand professionally and positively. Conduct product demonstrations and engage directly with consumers. Drive brand awareness, product visibility, and customer engagement. Execute in-store, outdoor and event-based brand activations. Coordinate promotional materials, displays, stock and activation equipment. Travel to different sites and activation locations as required. Assist with the transportation and setup of promotional equipment. Ensure activation areas are properly set up and maintained. Train and mentor junior Brand Activators. Monitor team performance and ensure campaign targets are achieved. Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to management. Complete daily activation reports and submit accurate campaign information. Ensure compliance with company branding and promotional guidelines. Build positive relationships with customers, retailers and event organisers. Assist with stock counts and promotional material management.
