POSITION INFO:

Senior Business Analyst Consultant
Johannesburg/Pretoria/Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed business cases, project plans, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide expert advice and insights on best practices and industry trends.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure successful project implementation.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. (Applicants without a Degree will not be considered.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
