Senior Business Developer

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Business Developer who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing opportunities within the retail sales channel. This role focuses on high-value sales engagements, strategic pipeline development, and conversion of qualified leads into enrolled students, while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation & Sales Delivery Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Convert qualified leads into enrolments through consultative selling techniques Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure Pipeline & Opportunity Management Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of all opportunities within CRM systems Client Engagement & Relationship Management Engage prospective students through professional consultations (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face where applicable) Understand client needs and recommend appropriate Regenesys programmes Build trust and long-term relationships to enhance conversion and referral opportunities Product Positioning & Market Insight Maintain deep knowledge of Regenesys programmes, pricing, and value propositions Position offerings effectively against competitors within the education sector Provide market feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings Sales Excellence & Best Practice Apply structured sales methodologies and best practices Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance in all interactions Ensure a quality and conversion Participate in ongoing training and coaching initiatives Share best practices and contribute to team performance improvement Minimum Requirements Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (advantageous) Experience 4-7+ years' experience in a high-performance sales environment Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets Experience in retail sales, call centre sales, or education sales (preferred) Strong experience in consultative and solution-based selling Core Competencies Sales Expertise: Strong closing ability and objection handling skills Commercial Acumen: Understanding of revenue drivers and sales performance metrics Customer Focus: Ability to identify and align solutions to customer needs Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and professional communication Resilience & Drive: Ability to perform under pressure in a target-driven environment CRM Proficiency: Experience in managing pipelines and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly and annual sales revenue targets Conversion rates (lead to enrolment) Pipeline value and pipeline conversion ratios Average deal value Customer satisfaction and engagement quality Compliance and accuracy of sales information Personal Attributes Highly driven and results-oriented Confident and persuasive communicator Professional and customer-centric Self-motivated with strong accountability Adaptable in a fast-paced, competitive environment
