JOB SUMMARY:
A leading consulting engineering company is currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Advisor to be based in their Conventional Energy office in Waterfall City.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Lead and co-ordinate the proposal preparation, compilation, submission, and negotiation function across the full project life cycle, i.e. feasibility, basic engineering and LS EPC.
Provide commercial contract management to operations during the lifecycle of a project.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual provisions.
Interface with various departments, affiliates, clients on commercial matters.
Assist with business pricing and estimating models

Qualifications:

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, e.g., Commercial, Commerce, Law, BSc

Knowledge, skills, and experience:

5 to 10 years in related roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Petrochem market.
Contract Management/Administration
Proposal Management
Commercial Management
Fully versant on the NEC Suite of Contracts
Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office
