Who are we looking for

We are looking for a skilled Communications Specialist who is passionate about storytelling, reputation management and stakeholder engagement. You are someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple communication channels while ensuring consistency and impact.

What will you do

Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned to business objectives
Create and manage high-quality content across multiple platforms (newsletters, intranet, media, digital channels)
Draft press releases, media statements and corporate communication materials
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry stakeholders and internal teams
Identify and drive media and publicity opportunities
Support corporate reputation management and crisis communication
Manage internal communication platforms and drive employee engagement initiatives
Support leadership with messaging, presentations and strategic communication
Coordinate communication for events, launches and stakeholder engagements
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Monitor media coverage and stakeholder sentiment, providing insights and recommendations
Track communication performance and provide reporting and analytics

What will you need

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a communications, PR or marketing role
Experience in corporate or agency environments is advantageous
Strong content writing, editing and storytelling ability
Solid understanding of media relations and stakeholder engagement
Experience across internal and external communication platforms (digital and traditional)
Strong organisational and project management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Exposure to content management systems or basic design tools is advantageous
