SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-known Manufacturing / Distribution / FMCG concern based on the West Rand, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Credit Controller to join their team. Be responsible for supporting revenue objectives whilst mitigating the overall credit exposure by assessing both credit and financial risk and making recommendations on all existing and new business specifically within the FMCG sector.

POSITION INFO:
Successful incumbent will have a Tertiary qualification in Finance or ICMSA Certified Credit Management with 4-5 years related Senior Credit Control experience within the FMCG industry (essential). Exposure to credit control management of chainstores such as Checkers, Makro, Pick 'n Pay, Spar, Woolworths and other independents, wholesalers, distributors, buying groups and/or informal trade essential. Solid experience with both open item and balance brought forward customer reconciliations with GCIC experience is not negotiable. Syspro and good Excel skills highly desired.
